Vice President of Manufacturing

Position Summary
Plan, organize and direct manufacturing operations of rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) to recreational, commercial and government marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process, including fiberglass, aluminum, electronics and propulsion

• Manage the international supply chain

• Execute design innovations

• Drive safe and efficient manufacturing processes

• Create and execute a workflow and production schedule to meet deadlines and minimize costs

• Manage domestic supply chain, including key vendors and inventory controls

• Develop and oversee repairs service warranty process

• Ensure accurate payroll time records and reports for manufacturing personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience in related field

• At least 2 years’ experience managing RIB manufacturing
